I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any cancellations with in 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. I have a 5 minute late policy. At the 6th minute your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged the no show fee. 100% will be charged for any no shows. Cancellations within 2 hours of the appointment WILL BE considered a no show and WILL BE charged the no show fee. ALL APPOINTMENTS MUST BE CONFIRMED 24 HOURS PRIOR. If you DO NOT confirm via the text/email link I will reach out to confirm. If no confirmation is made after reaching out, the appointment will be CANCELLED and you will be charged a last minute cancellation fee. (50%) ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If you are ever left unsatisfied I do offer free touch ups up to 5 days after the completed service. I guarantee my work and aim to make you happy of course! So I will always offer to fix any thing you are not satisfied with! Because I do offer the option for touch ups, no refunds will be issued.
